Recall Question (2214 reads, 33 replies, 11 months ago)
Not sure if this is the right forum for this sort of question... Anyway,

If you are a toss player, and you mind control non-protoss units, can you recall them?
And if so, can you put a tank in siege mode and then recall that?

Even though it is not very often that you would be doing this, just wondering if it was possible.

Thanks

I remember a UMS map that was based on pretty much that. It was so long ago so I don't remember exactly how it was nor the name. But I think it was so that you had one Tank and one Arbiter. The goal was obviously to kill the other players. Was funny. ^^

Maybe they have that in that map as well, but the map I'm thinking about is several years old and it had only Tanks+Arbiters. ^_^
Maybe I should try that map out thou. ^_^

#10 really? tht is really neat :-D

If I ever am in a situation to pull that off i'm gonna hallu my arbiter and go to enemy terrran base and nuke my own main and recall it to nice place.

Btw i just tought of something funny:

If you have 2 arbiter or energy upgraded arbiter you can recall nuclear right on top of enemy forces and stasis field your own forces for protection :) This would be easy to pull of with stacked carriers in example. Just recall nuke on top of 100 limit gols which chase ur carriers. Then stasis your carriers :) Hard to time without LAN tho.

In theory, yes it's pretty neat. In reality, if you're at the point where you have both 10 carriers and a mind-controlled terran army teched to the point of nukes, odds are you have the game won already :-D

Can you recall a nuke just before it lands?

Id imagine that'd be quite a suprise to see an arbiter hover over then get nuked lol.
